If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, Smartlive offers a full refund within 7 days after receiving your parcel. Kindly noted that purchased item must be returned in an original and unused condition, including packaging.
Please note: This refund will deduct the shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will pay for the return shipping costs
STEP 1.- Notify Us
If you wish to return your purchased item, please email us at email@example.com with an email header of “Return & Refund” to discuss further more or contact us through out Facebook page Smartlive.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return, and also attach with the photos & videos of products. Our customer service team will review the return request in 3-5 business days and will send further instructions if the return request is approved. Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Smartlive reserves the right to deny any return.
STEP 2.- Returning The Product
Once we’ve approved the return request, Please return the product to the following address:
C-15-3A, Menara Simfoni, Jalan Simfoni 2, Balakong, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
Please note: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. The process may take up to 1-2 weeks from the day we receive your return.
STEP 3. – Processing The Refund
Once the return was approved, we’ll make a refund transfer within 1-2 weeks, it’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Members are able to cancel their order in 12 hours from ordering so long as it is still pending shipment for a full refund no questions asked. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel within the time period.
Please note: If 12 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
